Clients must not use HIREQUARTERS services for activities that are unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
3.1 Illegal Conduct
Using services to facilitate or promote illegal activities.
This includes activities that violate criminal, financial, or regulatory laws.
3.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation
Creating or distributing content that involves:
- fraudulent schemes
- deceptive marketing
- misleading financial claims
- impersonation or misrepresentation
3.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
Using services to create or distribute materials that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Clients must ensure they have appropriate rights to all materials they provide.
3.4 Sanctions Violations
Clients must not use services in connection with:
- individuals or organizations subject to international sanctions
- activities prohibited under applicable sanctions regimes
HIREQUARTERS reserves the right to refuse services where sanctions risks are identified.
3.5 Harmful or Abusive Conduct
Services must not be used to produce content that promotes:
- harassment
- exploitation
- violence
- unlawful discrimination
4. Use in Regulated Industries
HIREQUARTERS may provide services to organizations operating in regulated sectors such as fintech, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, and gaming.
Clients operating in such sectors are responsible for ensuring that:
- their activities comply with applicable regulatory frameworks
- marketing or informational content does not misrepresent financial or regulatory claims
HIREQUARTERS does not provide regulatory or legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- provide accurate and lawful materials
- ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- cooperate with reasonable compliance inquiries
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.
6. Enforcement
If HIREQUARTERS reasonably believes that this policy has been violated, it may take appropriate action.
Such actions may include:
- requesting corrective action
- suspension of services
- termination of agreements

7. Relationship to Other Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy should be read alongside:
- the HIREQUARTERS Terms of Service
- the Privacy Policy
- other applicable policies
Where inconsistencies arise, the Terms of Service will prevail.
