4. Use in Regulated Industries

HIREQUARTERS may provide services to organizations operating in regulated sectors such as fintech, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, and gaming.

Clients operating in such sectors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • their activities comply with applicable regulatory frameworks
  • marketing or informational content does not misrepresent financial or regulatory claims

HIREQUARTERS does not provide regulatory or legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • provide accurate and lawful materials
  • ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • cooperate with reasonable compliance inquiries

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.

6. Enforcement

If HIREQUARTERS reasonably believes that this policy has been violated, it may take appropriate action.

Such actions may include:

  • suspension of services
  • termination of agreements
