We evolved from hands-on writing into a growth-focused, cross-functional content team. No fluff, no legacy bloat—just specialists with skin in the game, delivering what matters.
Straightforwardness, stability, accountability, and reliability. We don’t just deliver, we tweak and improve until we see the results. We’ll tell you what’s not working, how we plan on fixing it, and what the difference will be; no spin, no vanity metrics. You’ll always know what’s already in place and what’s coming next.
I’m Milan Novaković, founder & CEO of HIREQUARTERS. After graduating in English Language & Literature at the University of Niš, I stepped into the market with energy and (like many grads) no-experience stamp.
I applied everywhere, including as an online English teacher. Applications came back with the same answer: not enough experience. But here’s the catch: you need a job to get experience, but you need experience to get a job.
So I built my own. I opened an Upwork freelancer profile and, when early pitches didn’t land, I launched a personal blog to create a portfolio from scratch. I wrote, iterated, and kept applying.
There were more rejections along the way: Work & Travel USA, a flight attendant role at an airline, and even an SEO content writer position with a future competitor in iGaming. That mix of I can do more and why won’t anyone give me a shot? was rough. The turning point was realizing I didn’t need permission to start.
A close college friend, tired of online teaching, asked how he could make a switch into content. I proposed a simple deal that still shapes how we operate today: I’d win projects on Upwork; he’d help deliver; we’d share revenue. No exclusivity, he could still build his own path. Our first job was on an unlikely topic: shipping containers. But it proved our approach worked. I invited another friend, and we now had a team.
On December 1, 2018, we formalized as an Upwork agency and took on anything we could to learn and keep moving. Over time, one thing became obvious: it’s better to be best at something than average at everything.
We specialize in industries where accuracy, compliance, and trust matter most: iGaming, crypto, cybersecurity, and FinTech.
Our roots are in language and editing, so content naturally came first. But in the real world, content and SEO are inseparable, and global clients need translation/localization to scale.
We built HIREQUARTERS around that full stack: SEO strategy, expert-led content production, and SEO-smart translation, a workflow that pairs human expertise with editorial standards and reliable delivery.
From a self-made portfolio to a focused agency, our core principles remained the same: do the work, own the outcome, and keep delivering. That’s HIREQUARTERS.
I have worked with Milan and HIREQUARTERS for the past 5 years or so. The content writing services they provide for me have been invaluable and their level of professionalism is exemplary.

Milan started out as a freelance content writer in 2015, with no real background in online business. Step by step, he turned his solo work into a company. He learned on the fly, by relying more on discipline and follow-through than on perfect conditions or credentials. Along the way, he picked up the less glamorous but critical parts of running an agency: building processes, leading a distributed team, setting expectations, delegating well, and keeping communication sharp and honest, both internally and with clients.

Stefan knows iGaming from every angle, both as a player and as an analyst. That hands-on experience gives him a sharp sense of what readers actually need to know before they make a decision. His content is straightforward, data-backed, and honest. With a deep understanding of SEO and user intent, he builds reviews and comparison pages that inform, convert, and stay visible long after publishing.
Dušan is a seasoned content writer with nearly a decade of experience in iGaming. From online casinos and sportsbooks to sweepstakes platforms, he’s seen the industry evolve firsthand and knows exactly what makes a gambling site or a specific game stand out. His background gives him an edge in spotting the details a casual observer might miss. Blending industry expertise with SEO strategy, he crafts content that ranks and resonates.
